What counts as one machine?
Any single physical asset that produces a data stream: typically one CNC, one production cell or one PLC-controlled unit. For complex equipment with several PLCs we help you decide what to count as one connected machine.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We recommend starting with at least one machine for three months to see measurable value. Annual commitments unlock additional discounts on top of the volume tiers.
Can I activate and pause modules?
Yes. Modules are billed per active month per machine. Run Quality Loop on one line and OEE on another, and adjust as your needs change.
What about setup and onboarding?
Core deployments include guided onboarding. Enterprise customers get dedicated integration support, quoted as a one-time fee depending on machine types, protocols and existing infrastructure.
Do you support on-premise?
Yes, quoted separately. On-premise needs extra setup, security review and infrastructure support, so we price it based on your environment.
Do you offer pilot pricing?
Yes. We typically run focused pilots on one or two machines for 4–8 weeks to prove value before scaling. Contact us to agree scope and terms.
