1. Who we are

Inducloud ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at info@indu.cloud.

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us:

• Demo booking & contact form — first name, last name, email address, company name, your preferred meeting time, and any message you choose to include.
• Email — if you email us directly, we process your email address and the contents of your message.
• Technical logs — our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) for security and operational purposes.

This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics, and we do not build visitor profiles.

3. Why we process your data

We process the data above to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold the demo you requested, and follow up on our conversation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and keeping our website secure).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Form submissions are delivered to us via Formspree, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Where processing takes place outside the EU/EEA, it is safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Beyond this, data is only shared if required by law.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry and demo-booking data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business dialogue, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a customer relationship has been established. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard rotation periods.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected and, in certain circumstances, deleted
• Object to or request restriction of our processing
• Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email info@indu.cloud. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Sweden, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
